Candy Crush Soda Level 268 Tips

This level is a mess. There are so many things you need to pay attention to, it will get confusing at times. That’s why my most important tip for this level is to take your time.

You want to start with clearing most of the Licorice Locks as quickly as you can. The Licorice Locks highlighted in red (image below) is especially important because those are blocking the fall of candies.

Secondly, focus on the four Candy Ice Cubes highlighted in blue (image below). Being able to clear those quickly will allow candies to fall more easily and since there is a big open space, it’ll be much easier to create special candies.

Try to keep the amount of Licorice Swirls to a minimum. Not only is it more difficult to match candies and make special candies with a large amount of Licorice Swirls on the playing field, they will also block the effect of special candies making it more difficult to spread the Jam.

Match candies as low on the playing field as possible as often as you can. Doing this will shift the largest amount of candies, hopefully matching some automatically, create new opportunities to create special candies and perhaps even spread the Jam a little.
