Candy Crush Soda Level 609 Tips

Clear the Licorice Links in the bottom corners as quickly as you can because you need the space they occupy to match candies and make special candies. The sooner you break the Licorice Links the better.

Throughout the level you should match candies near the bottom of the playing field as often as you can. Not only will this shift the largest amount of candies, which will hopefully result in chain reactions that will clear blockers and create new opportunities to make special candies.

But to clear the six-layered Candy Ice Cubes, the Licorice Swirls they’re trapped and the frozen tiles below them you need to match candies adjacent to the Candy Ice Cubes when given the chance. You should also try to activate horizontal Striped candies on the bottom rows to quickly clear the blockers on those rows.

After every move you should check whether you can activate or combine Striped candies at the top of the playing field because that’s the quickest way to clear the Candy Ice Cubes and frozen tiles at the upper half of the playing field.

Most of the time it won’t be enough to just activate the Coloring candy at the bottom of the playing field. To clear the large amount of blockers it’s best if you combine it with a Striped or Wrapped candy.
